COVID-19 UPDATE – WE ARE OPEN
During the current Coronavirus crisis we are doing everything we can to keep our clients and staff safe while keeping the Hospital open to care for our patients. We now have a locked door policy to ensure we comply with government regulations and to maximise safety for everyone.
Clients MUST inform us on the phone if they are infected with Coronavirus, if they are in self isolation due to possible exposure to the virus or waiting for test results. All non urgent cases must be deferred in these cases.
We bring all patients into the Hospital for treatment while clients wait in the car. All communication regarding treatment of your pet and payment occurs over the phone.
We ask that you call ahead for all medications and food orders and pay over the phone at the time of placing the order. Once you have arrived at the Hospital please call reception and a staff member will bring the order out to you.
We are continually using antiviral products throughout the Hospital to minimise risk of exposure and infection.
As per government regulations all clients that are meeting staff at the door must be wearing masks.
